The first recording in the HB's House Secret Sessions archive.

This mix was recorded in the UK during a time of deep personal change. After the ending of a long marriage, music became a way to sit with the silence and slowly rebuild a sense of rhythm and grounding.

Around that time, while volunteering in a hemp field during harvest, I met someone whose quiet support helped steady the ground beneath my feet. This session carries some of that atmosphere - resilience, reflection, and the slow return of warmth.
